Governor Brown Issues Legislative Update
SACRAMENTO Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. announced today that he has signed the following bills:
AB 208 by Assemblymember Felipe Fuentes (D-Los Angeles) Land use: subdivision maps: expiration dates.
AB 315 by Assemblymember Jose Solorio (D-Santa Ana) Surplus line brokers.
AB 707 by Assemblymember Martin Garrick (R-Carlsbad) Horse racing: thoroughbred races.
AB 798 by Assemblymember Wesley Chesbro (D-Eureka) Joint powers agreement: public agencies.
AB 1066 by Assembly Speaker John Pιrez (D-Los Angeles) Public health care: Medi-Cal: demonstration project waivers.
AB 1085 by Assemblymember Mike Davis (D-Los Angeles) School attendance: interdistrict attendance.
AB 1265 by Assemblymember Jim Nielsen (R-Biggs) Local government: Williamson Act.
SB 458 by Senator Ellen Corbett (D-San Leandro) Mortgages: deficiency judgments.
SB 918 by Senator Joel Anderson (R-San Diego) Mutual water companies: boards of directors.
The Governor also announced that he has vetoed the following bill:
