SACRAMENTO — Governor Gavin Newsom will participate in the daily lunch service at Loaves & Fishes tomorrow to make good on the charitable interstate Super Bowl wager with Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker. The stakes for the friendly wager required the Governor of the losing team to perform a community service project along with his staff. The New England Patriots prevailed over the Los Angeles Rams 13 -3 on Sunday.
