SAN FRANCISCO – Governor Gavin Newsom will speak at the Pacific Summit in San Francisco tomorrow, which convenes top business and government leaders from around the Pacific Rim to spur dialogue on new solutions to pressing issues for the region, including on trade, climate change and transportation.
