OAKLAND – Governor Gavin Newsom will participate in a moderated talk on California’s climate leadership tomorrow at the VERGE 19 Conference in Oakland. The VERGE 19 Conference is a platform for accelerating the clean economy. The Governor will discuss California’s continued focus on addressing current climate impacts, as well as the state’s leadership in reducing carbon emissions through emerging technologies and innovative public-private partnerships.
