SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom will release his revised 2020-21 state budget proposal on Thursday in Sacramento.
The briefing will be streamed at the @CAgovernor Twitter page, California Governor Facebook page and the Governor’s YouTube page.
To adhere to public health and physical distancing requirements and guidelines, there will be a very limited number of spaces for credentialed Capitol media to attend the press conference in person. Please email govpressoffice@gov.ca.gov for more information on RSVP’ing by no later than 4:00 p.m. today, January 7.
Please note that we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate all requests for in-person attendance due to limited space and capacity restrictions.
In addition, there will be an opportunity for media not in attendance to participate in the question and answer portion through a dial-in phone option typically used during the Governor’s COVID-19 updates.
