SACRAMENTO — In the wake of nationwide demonstrations against structural racism and systemic injustice, Governor Gavin Newsom will today sign a series of landmark bills to advance the state’s efforts to address the impacts of systemic racism and implement vital policing and juvenile justice reforms in California.
