Acting Governor Mike McGuire signs legislation

SACRAMENTO – Acting Governor Mike McGuire today signed the following bills:

  • AB 247 by Assemblymember Al Muratsuchi (D-Torrance) – Education finance: school facilities: Kindergarten Through Grade 12 Schools and Local Community College Public Education Facilities Modernization, Repair, and Safety Bond Act of 2024.
  • AB 440 by Assemblymember Gail Pellerin (D-Santa Cruz) – Ballot measures.
  • SB 867 by Senator Ben Allen (D-Santa Monica) – Safe Drinking Water, Wildfire Prevention, Drought Preparedness, and Clean Air Bond Act of 2024.
