Governor Newsom signs tribal-state gaming compacts 8.7.24

SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom today announced that he has signed tribal-state gaming compacts between the State of California and the Timbisha Shoshone Tribe and with the Elem Indian Colony of Pomo Indians of the Sulphur Bank Rancheria, California.
 
The Governor has also signed an extension of the tribal-state gaming compact between the State of California and the Augustine Band of Cahuilla Indians.
