LOS ANGELES COUNTY — Governor Gavin Newsom, joined by Assembly Speaker Robert Rivas, Senate pro Tempore Mike McGuire, legislators and local leaders, will sign legislation directing $2.5 billion in relief to support response and recovery efforts for Los Angeles.
