Governor Newsom signs legislation 7.29.25

SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom today announced that he has signed the following bills:

• AB 104 by Assemblymember Jesse Gabriel (D-Encino) – Budget Act of 2025.
• AB 138 by the Committee on Budget – State employment: state bargaining units.

• SB 119 by the Committee on Budget and Fiscal Review – Public services trailer bill.
